Here are the rules for #BESSC2017

1) BESSC2017 is an open championship open to all registered racers on a singlespeed.
However: You need to be a Belg, Belge, Belgier, Belgian to be able to win the title of Belgian Singlespeed Champ 2017.
There will be male and a female winner, all other finishers will be relegated to second place.

2) BESSC2017 can be raced on any singlespeed bike (yes, you can bring your cross bike, gravel bike, city bike,bmx,fixie, oma-fiets,... whatever).
However: You will need to race a MTB to be able to win the title of Belgian Singlespeed Champ 2017. This means fat tires (>50mm) and flatish bars.

So some examples to make it clear:
- A lanky dutchman on a custom made steel cross bike aka 'dranghek' cannot be the Belgian Singlespeed Champ
- An oudere-Belg on an Italo-Spanish steel gravel crusher with fat tires cannot be the Belgian Singlespeed Champ
- A frenchy on a trop cool MTB cannot be the Belgian Singlespeed Champ
